Please be advised that all St. Landry Parish School Board schools and offices will be closed on Monday, January 26th, and Tuesday, January 27th, due to forecasted winter weather conditions. This decision was reached after consulting with the National Weather Service and the Office of Emergency Preparedness.
The safety of our students, staff, and families is our top priority. All after-school activities, practices, and school or district-related events scheduled for these days are also canceled.
We encourage everyone to stay indoors, keep warm, and stay safe for the duration of this winter weather event. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates regarding Wednesday’s schedule through our standard communication channels.

So proud of my Medical Assistant students today! 🩺✨ They rocked their urinalysis lab using (don’t worry!) apple juice to learn proper urine specimen handling, testing, and documentation. 🍎🧪 Hands-on labs like this are where everything clicks—they asked great questions, worked together, and really showed what future healthcare professionals look like. 💛

Happy National Bus Safety Week! We're reminding everyone about the most important rule when the yellow bus is near: ⚠️STOP ON RED!⚠️
If you see a school bus with its red lights flashing and stop arm extended, you must stop. It's the law in all 50 states, and it protects children as they enter and exit the bus. Let's make every stop a safe stop!
